I'm counting down the days until I'm home and can get baking again. My blog has been a bit quiet recently because finding an oven (and the right ingredients) in Thailand has proved tricky. So I was delighted to receive pictures from ThisIsHowIbake fan Noah, from Edinburgh.
Word on the street is that Noah loves my cakes and, using my step-by-step tutorial, decided to give my 'Easy double choc finger cake' a whirl.
